Your privacy on Elevate Sales Coaching.

Nothing here asks for your email to read. If you send a form, a person answers it, and we never sell or share it.

The short version

Elevate Sales Coaching collects nothing from you unless you send a form. If you do, The Kenna Real Estate Group receives it, uses it to answer you, and never sells or shares it.

What this site collects

  • Reading. Every page is open. No account and no email wall.
  • Forms. When you send a contact form, request a guide or book a call, we receive what you typed: your name, email, phone and your message.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics counts visits and shows which pages help: the page you viewed, your device type and a rough location from your IP address. It does not tell us who you are. Your browser can block its cookies and the site still works.
  • Server logs. Our web host keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) for security and troubleshooting and deletes them on its normal schedule.

Where your form goes

Form submissions are stored in Follow Up Boss, the customer database used by The Kenna Real Estate Group, and a copy is emailed to homes@kennarealestate.com. Your record is tagged with the page you used so the person who reads it knows what you asked for.

How we use it

  • To answer you. A person from The Kenna Real Estate Group calls, texts or emails about the question you sent. Reply STOP to any text, or say so on a call, and contact ends the same day.
  • No selling, no sharing. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with lenders, title companies or other businesses unless you ask us for an introduction.
  • Lending questions. If you ask about financing, we introduce you to Mike Oswald at Rate only when you say yes. You are free to use any lender.

Third-party links

Pages link to public records, government sites, kennarealestate.com and partner sites. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers elevatesalescoaching.com only.

Your choices

  • See, correct or delete your record: email homes@kennarealestate.com from the address you used, or call or text 303-955-4220. We delete the record within 10 business days and confirm.
  • Analytics cookies: block them in your browser or with an ad blocker; nothing on the site depends on them.

Children

This site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
