What does the morning email show?
- Your medal and points. Yesterday, plus the week so far and the points to the next medal.
- Raise your score today. The two lines where you lost the most points, with the points each is worth.
- Your top 10. People who called and did not reach you, new leads never dialed, appointments with no outcome, read from your notes.
- The leaderboard. Everyone sees points and medals. Only you see your own numbers.
- Colors on every line. Red: under half of pace. Teal: on pace. Gold: goal hit. No medal: a crossed-out frog.
How do I climb the leaderboard?
- Reach ten people. Ten different people reached live, 30 seconds or more, is 25 points. Four of them past two minutes is 30 more.
- Answer every call. Inbound answered is 15 points and costs you nothing.
- Call new leads inside the hour. 10 points, and the lead is still on the website.
- Set the appointment. +15 each, and it is the only road to Gold on a talking day.
Questions
About the scorecard.
What should a real estate agent track every day?
Eight numbers: dials, people contacted (live calls of 30 seconds or more), conversations of 2 minutes or more, the share of inbound calls answered, the share of new leads dialed inside the hour, appointments set, agency agreements signed and closings.
How is the day scored?
Activity earns up to 80 points: people contacted (25), conversations (30), inbound calls answered (15), new leads dialed inside 1 hour (10). Every appointment set adds 15, every agency agreement signed adds 30, every closing adds 100. Dials earn nothing. Bronze at 60, Silver at 75, Gold at 90.
Why can activity alone not win Gold?
A perfect activity day is 80 points, Silver. Gold takes an outcome: one appointment on top of a strong day, or an agreement. Conversations matter because they lead to appointments.
What counts as an appointment?
A buyer consultation (in person, phone or video), a listing consultation, or a pre-approval call with the lender. Showings do not count.
What about leads with a bad phone number?
They come out of the math and show on their own line. They never count against you.
